When Peyser Associates, Inc. opened its doors in 1982, it had a simple mission: help state and local government agencies maximize support from the Federal government for their programs and projects. The world has changed a lot since 1982, and Peyser Associates has also changed. Today, the public sector and the private sector work together to develop and implement new programs. Today, national governments play a smaller role in dictating the financial structure of major public projects. Today, international boundaries pose less of a hurdle to participation in government sponsored projects.
