The San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG), a Peyser Associates LLC client, on September 14 executed a Full Funding Grant Agreement (FFGA) with the U.S. Department of Transportation for the construction of the Mid-Coast Light Rail Transit project connecting downtown San Diego with the University of California-San Diego and the University Town Center. Acting Administrator of the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Carolyn Flowers signed the agreement with Gary Gallegos, Executive Director of SANDAG.
