The assistance comes in the form of a Full Funding Grant Agreement in the amount of $790 million and a loan of $ 629.5 million from the Transportation Improvement Finance and Innovation Act (TIFIA) program.  The loan is the final loan to be issued under a Master Credit Agreement Sound Transit and US DOT agreed to in 2016.
